Under Aik Hong’s leadership, the company has been widely recognized in the hospitality industry and the investment community as a leading, top-tier management company. He ceaselessly challenges the status quo, sets high standards for breakthrough performance and focuses management on key factors for success.

Prior to joining the team, Aik Hong was head of one of Asia’s leading e-commerce hotel companies that represented over 3,000 hotels worldwide. In the late 1990s, he was a senior financial executive of a publicly traded company on the Singapore exchange.

Aik Hong has vast experience in the areas of real estate development, corporate finance and merger and acquisitions. His notable accomplishments include overseeing the development of two mixed-use (retail, office and extended stay apartments) projects valued at over $100 million, spearheading the issuance of $165 million of bonds to international financial institutions as well as leading the sale of a strategic stake in a power company to a major U.S. energy company for $70 million.

Aik Hong holds his Master of Business Administration degree and Bachelor of Accountancy degree from the National University of Singapore, and is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore.
